This Privacy Policy explains how EduAssist Insights, a DBA of Truthfully Insured LLC ("we", "us"), handles information when you use https://eduassistinsights.com.
Information collected
- Information you submit in our contact form: name, and optionally email, phone number and your question.
- SMS consent records: phone number, selected message category, consent timestamp, source page, disclosure version, user agent and, where available, IP address.
- Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.
How information is used
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, send resources you request, deliver the SMS categories you selected, and maintain consent records. We do not use it to determine eligibility for any program or to submit applications.
SMS communications
The EduAssist Insights SMS Program is optional. Marketing SMS shares grant and scholarship resource roundups, assistance resource collections, scholarship research tips, and featured website tools. Account Notifications deliver requested resources, subscription confirmations, and communication preference updates. See the SMS Terms of Service.
Mobile opt-in information
Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.
This includes grant brokers, funding organizations, lead aggregators and third-party marketers. We may share information only with service providers that help us operate the SMS program, such as messaging platforms, and only to deliver messages you requested.
If we ever offer courtesy resource assistance that involves contacting a third party on your behalf, we will ask for separate, explicit consent for that specific request. That consent is separate from SMS opt-in.
Cookies and analytics
We may use essential cookies and basic analytics to understand site usage. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
Data retention
We keep inquiry and consent records only as long as needed to provide the service, honor opt-outs and meet legal obligations.
Opt-out rights
Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to any text to stop messages. You can also email support@eduassistinsights.com to update preferences or request deletion of your information.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children's privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Our content may link to schools, agencies and organizations. Their privacy practices are their own.
